Staff is always helpful and in good spirits. It's a great store with good prices! Love all the Icon tools, and I find myself wandering up and down every isle always buying something I didn't plan on getting. Lol

Feb 17th 26 had purchased a generator over a year ago. Thank God I bought the $250 protection plan then. My generator wasnt feeling good and my family needed electricity. Read some info online called the warranty claim department. Spoke to a person who speaks good great English no language barrier named Dolores. She was so good at her job professional, polite, patient, and efficient in good timel

Always my go-to spot for tools and shop supplies. The store is clean, well-organized, and usually fully stocked. Everytime I go in I am welcomed and it feels good. But today. The dude that was stacking products just passed by and mean mugged. I hope it helps. To better quality service for customers. Weather employees are having a good day or not. Don't mix personal stuff to work. Ha e a great day.

They almost always have what I need at a much better price than the "Orange" or "Blue" national home improvement store.
The quality is comparable as well!
The staff is always helpful and available! I can never get assistance when I need it at the "other" home improvement stores.

They don’t honor all coupons. Disappointed. Said the price was already reduced and wouldn’t honor a 15% of anything coupon. Always have been a fan in the past. Lost a customer over $30 for a simple small power station. Positive side is that their competition honored their coupon and price and gained a new customer.

I had to replace a few items that were stolen. I saw a sale for everything that I needed. I saved a lot and got some very good items. Even the bag was on sale. The reviews on the items were great, and so far, I have not had any problems.

Not sure if I've got beef with the store or the website but I've been getting jerked around by the pair for weeks now. :( The website swears they've got an item in stock at this location, I come into the store, not in stock. Okay. Website later updates actually not in stock. Fair enough. Later, Website says WAIT! It's back in stock :) so I roll up same day. Ah, sorry not here. Oh, maybe I came too
