Went it and was quickly able to locate and find the tools I needed for a job I was working on, however waiting to check out was a pain because they had two associates, in assuming one associate and one manager dealing with an out of policy return and I was waiting for that to be resolved before I could be helped. In the future when a manager has to be involved with a process like that, you should

Nothing is more obnoxious than an over-zealous supervisor. Had some relatively simple misunderstandings about a listed price and instead of explaining in a customer-focused manner, Amanda - the “supervisor” at the front end at about 6pm on 12/3/25, was rude and slightly combative, as if she had been hoping for an argument or for some kind of confrontation. Great place to shop for tools and all of your non tool hardware and general shop needs at reasonable prices. Friendly employees that give great service, and are knowledge aboutthe products. I never leave unhappy.

This store rarely has anything in stock that’s popular including generators and the workers don’t bother to help you find it either. They simply can’t be bothered.

My favorite man store of all time. If you get the right things they can have some good stuff, alot of the stuff they have is not of the finest quality, but you also gotta keep in mind, your getting what you pay for. 5 screw drivers for 1.00 can't hold a candle to say a snap on screw driver. I have a shop full of harbor freight tools.

Staff were super helpful! I came in right before the first cold snap trying to button up the house. They were very helpful in my plan to make sure nothing froze up! It seemed like the staff really enjoys working there. They were very knowledgeable about what I needed.
