Been a long time shopper at harbor freight and have never had the outrageous experience that I did at this one. Was lied to by multiple managers, was promised to be compensated for my time and because I bought a product that only had half the parts in the box, and had no other backstock to replace it with. The manager I talked to during the day schedule the time for me to come in so he could take

We go quite often and the employees are always helpful, friendly, and courteous. The prices are great, the service is always great, and the merchandise quality is exactly as expected. The couple of times we have needed to return something, the process was very easy.

The staff here is very very friendly and helpful. When I came in they asked if I needed any help. I came in for one thing and I found it immediately and swiftly went through check out. The cashier was very kind, and it definitely made my day better because all the staff were very kind.

Not only do they not stand behind their advertisements on the shelves, they also sell such cheap products but I usually get one or two uses out of them and then they die. But on top of that this particular time they had boxes everywhere blocking every aisle. And only one man, out of the eight that we're working on this, even came up to me to ask me if I needed help with anything
