Worst service ever, Specially by a woman called Sophie, she didn’t want to help me out on finding an item at another location, I asked her if she can call the Burleson store to see if they had the item I was looking for and her response was (I’ll give the number so you can call because we aren’t allowed to call for you)
After she said that she started getting an attitude.
Never coming back to this

The staff here are always helpful, and the more I come the more I feel like that they remember me. I was looking for a blue icon light one time that was on a good sale, but the shelf was empty of blue. One of the employees found me one that he had set aside for himself. I really appreciated it.

In order to obtain my belongings,
I had left in a vehicle down south at a friend's house going to meet at harbor freight and upon getting their I arrived very early my friend was still at his shop I was there about 12:00 noon 10/07/2025,..
My buddy text not received ,
He showed after 3:00, .
I had left the parking lot at harbor freight and went to eat upon coming back with him, I had my belongings

Nice clean way to utilize an old indoor shopping mall. Store is clean and nearly fully stocked.

The store is nice, the tool quality is very questionable, but I think that is why it is cheap

As one who sometimes gets overwhelmed by being surrounded with a lot of items, Harbor Freight has a very shopper friendly, easily identifiable system of tools, gadgets and equipment. I was helped as needed and browsed for quite a while, ending up purchasing a few new items that I could use. Checkout was smooth and I felt encouraged to come back.
