I don't know what I did to ruin her day, but the older woman with the longer greying wavy hair was unnecessarily rude both on the phone and then in person. Unbelievable customer service when I was attempting to be kind despite her demeanor.

Im glad Burleson has a harbor freight. Only down side when a great sale hits they run out of the sale items quick

Our family loves this place. Great place to get your tools and find good stuff for the shop or garden. Carter even found a set to learn and explore what it's like to be a hard worker! Thanks Stevie and the rest of the staff!

I’m gonna do something I don’t normally do but cause of the disrespect of the supervisor. I believe her name is Amanda at this location. I’m gonna take the time to do what I am sure other people wish they would have done first of all just so that everyone that reads my review knows this I have been in the automotive business for 35 years.
