Drove out to purchase item that was in stock that I checked before I went. The fact that a couple of people was rude I received no assistance and to make it worse I end up going to the to one of the registers to get SOME kind of help for this item. The long lady that was very helpful radio to the back to check and instantly the guy without checking said they were out of stock. She radio back say

Great store great personnel have been doing business with these guys for a long time. Our car wouldn't start and we had to leave it there overnight it was safe. Guys in the store help just push it on a dolly. Unfortunately one of the guys got hurt trying to help us. Just can't say enough about these guys going out of their way to help the customers.

Great prices and awesome cutomer service , they always take care of you. Their Icon tools is the ones you want , quarter the price of snap on and 90% as good . Also their Daytona jacks and jack stands are the stuff to use.

It's so rude to answer the phone and then talk to customers and make the caller feel awkward and confused. Then transfer them to someone who clearly doesn't want to do their job. Then you get to explain yourself all over again.

Great place , really good price, recommend getting the daytona jacks for 259$ , exact same one snap on sells for 1000$ . Same goes for the icons, premium tool for quarter the price of snap on

I stopped by today and was immediately greeted by Ms. Monique. She directed me to what I was searching for..I got to the register & she had a line. This young lady was working both registers, with a smile on her face, like a champ!! She never skipped a beat in greeting customers & never got flustered. If she isn't training your staff, she should be!! Great job young lady!! Keep that beautiful smil
