Gave an additional star because the patch has stayed intact, otherwise I would give one star because it looks so bad. The white paint was matched well but has come off of both patches after the year warranty had expired. He also charged another $100 once he arrived on top of his original quote...Response. I don't see where I can respond to your response but at NO time did we use a plastic mat o

Having the right people on the job is massively important. In troubleshooting an issue with my shower I had a different plumber first tell me that I needed to tear out the wall and replace valving inside the wall. Luckily I thought about having Happy Tubs take a look. They resolved my issue quickly and without major construction. They saved me thousands of dollars in work by simply being excellent

Do not use this place. They charge $399 for a diagnoses fee which they don’t credit back to the repair. Then they said they found the part that I needed to fix a toilet and there was only 1 part available. It’s was $2399. I Found the same part which it was true there was only 1 available only it was available for $899 vs 2399. I know becuase when I asked them to order the same part it was now “no

I called Happy Tubs based on the glowing reviews and I was not disappointed. In a recent remodel we had a glass panel installed that shattered and chipped my new acrylic tub. Similarly in the laundry room, the workmen weren't too careful and I had a big chip in my farmhouse sink. Arnold with Happy Tubs is amazing. So friendly and courteous! His work is flawless! He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the repair. I cannot say enough good things about Arnold. I highly recommend him and Happy Tubs to anyone needing repairs. You will not be disappointed!

I chose Happy Tubs on the basis of previous reviews, and I was not disappointed. Arnold replaced an old pump switch that had malfunctioned. To change it he had to carefully remove a long faux-marble panel that had been very tightly mounted. He installed and sealed in the new switch, cleaned up the mess, and remounted he panel perfectly. It was a pleasure to watch him work, and I enjoyed a stimulat

Arnold from Happy Tubs was a pleasure to deal with. He answered the phone right away when I first called. He also showed up on time and even did a few repairs at no extra charge. The bathtub looks like brand new and my wife couldn't be happier. I just wish they did more than repairs and refinishing. Highly recommended for their friendliness and professionalism!
