Hamm's came in the best out of three quotes for replacing 55 square feet of carpet in our hallway for more hardwood. They were very fast in ordering and receiving our wood flooring as well as with the installation appointment. All said and done in about a week! A year and a half ago we hired Hamm's flooring to install VCT tile in our kitchen and 2 other rooms. Within a day the tile was cracking. We called Jaylen, the owner's son. He sent someone out who said that the whole thing needed replacing. They also sent Don out several months later to look at it again. By this time it was much worse. What a wonderful business! Everyone I spoke with on the phone and in person was exceptionally nice and happy to help. They were able to find me a few pieces of replacement tile within a couple of days that I urgently needed for a repair. I highly recommend Hamm's!

I had some serious title issue in my bathroom. At first the gentlemen Don who came to look it over was very helpful. I emphasized the importance of getting this done quickly do to my time restraints. We agreed on a plan of action and he left. I didn't hear from him after that?? We were waiting on a test kit. I never got an update that he ordered one? When it would be here?

In 2018 I decided to take on a DIY project and take up my tile flooring (1900 sq ft) and replace them with wood in my residence. I went to all the box stores as well as many of the tile stores in Spring and Conroe. I can say that Hamms Flooring had the best prices in wood flooring. Back in December had the floor re-done wall to wall... This CREW came out and that feeling you get is (great these guys) we had to stay at a bnb for 5 days. Not safe for my furbabies or us. I never had to worry. Victor and his crew were the best and thank you thank you 😊. Best Crew at Hamms Flooring. Now yesterday the Guys came back had a room to do and just a little touch up. Hamm’s Flooring is the FAMILY owned company where you should get your flooring. I am very pleased with the service and treatment we received. If they say, they are going to be there at a certain time; you can set your watch to it. They also beat all other prices. I will give them our business in the future.
