I’ve been in this store hundreds of times and spent thousands of dollars. I rented a carpet cleaning machine and kept it an extra day . When I took it back the person in charge told me she should file grand larceny charges on me and I was lucky they didn’t have me picked up and arrested. I ask for a receipt and she refused to give me one . When i asked again she did call the police. You lost a go

I bought a $35 propane cord and they said they would take it back if I didn’t use it .. I didn’t use it , it was sealed completely closed and I have a receipt but they would not take it back .. The boy was so rude and wouldn’t give me corporate’s phone number and he wouldn’t give me his name .. The cashier Autumn was friendly, helpful and attentive. I could not have asked for better service. Everyone in the store greeted us and ensured we had a pleasant experience while shopping. We will be back!

Been coming here for years as a child with my parents and now as an adult. Rose is a known employee that we've known for years ,even when she used to work for big lots when they was next door. She's always a good help and loves what she does. Will always be my go to spot to get just about anything for the house hold

There is a reason or 2 that i dont shop this ace. No one knows anything but you are constantly hovered by the staff. Parking is a joke especially in the evening. The employees park up front. Good luck. I will continue to go across the hwy.
