Hallmark Improvements installed some luxury vinyl planks for us and did a great job, I would highly recommend them and they'll be our first call for any kind of remodeling work in the future. Hallmark came out to do water mitigation after our pipe broke. They did an outstanding job. Kevin was very professional and kept us updated during the process. He always return my phone call and showed up on time of appointment. He walked us through the insurance process and pointed out missing items that the insurance adjuster missed. Had them do flooring for our home . Kevin is very great and communicates well. The team arrived on time and got right to work. The team work seemed to be great and the flooring install itself was perfect however the caulking could use some work. They also somehow broke my cast iron pan however i would definitely use them for future services.-Kevin indeed did send another pan like promised.

Working with Kevin was exceptional. He always responded to my texts/emails whenever I had questions. I had a custom made vanity installed and all of the contractors from cabinet makers, plumbers, painters and countertop did a really great job for me. Kevin and his team are awesome to work with! We had our carpet removed on our stairs and entire second level and they put down laminate plank floors. They did such a great job! These guys worked so hard to get the job done as fast as possible and the floors turned out better than we could’ve imagined. We will definitely be using Hallmark for any future projects we have!
