Guzman construction was very professional and transparent throughout the process of building my home. From the beginning in dealing with Ben to continuously dealing with the office staff and project manager, everything was communicated.
I would certainly recommend them to use and I would certainly use them again.

Guzman construction is nothing but lies. They promise you a lot of stuff and say it's included in price, they really push you to sign there contract. When you get contract all the extra stuff is now being charged. I never signed the contract. I am now trying to get back my deposit and they refuse to give it to me. Their reps are all working on commission so they will really lie to you especially

The WORST company to work with when building your home. POOR communication all around. Where to start, first of all do NOT hire this company if you are putting your lot as collateral specially if it is on the good side of Mcallen. Where they know they will profit from it if they take it from you by stalling for anything they can do and find. They even took a month to give me the keys of my own hom
