Couple of months ago, our serpentine belt broke on our car. I was stuck at the park-and-ride in clear lake. My wife looked up car shop locally and she came across gulf coast So we had a record sent by them pick the car up. Got my belt replaced in a timely fashion. My experience with Gulf Coast has been really good. They are straight forward and I have never felt the pressure to get anything fixed I haven’t brought up. Will continue to come back in the future if the need arises. Hopefully not that soon lol.

They did an amazing job on my wife’s car. I called that day around 12 and we were able to get the car back in 4 hours. Differential will continue taking our cars here !!! Casey was very helpful with getting us the best deal on parts.

Overall super friendly and helpful. Would probably trust them with more complicated issues or difficult repairs. With that said, I was charged a reasonable price to check and clean the brakes... but $45 for a tire rotation and $145 for an oil&filter change is definitely steep. Would recommend looking elsewhere for routine maintenance items.
