We started working with Griggs a few years ago desperate to find a company that would deliver high quality service for our properties, after other companies had failed us. It was the best decision we made. Nancy is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is professional and knows flooring inside and out as well as Jeff and Ashley! I highly recommend them for all flooring needs!

My husband and I decided to redo our entire home from floor to ceiling. Wall to wall. Our son passed away and it made it very hard to be home so we thought if we redid our home it would feel like a fresh start without leaving the last home our son was in. Getting materials was great, but when they sent someone out to the job is was horrible. Very unprofessional, and the guy was drunk most of the time. Not to mention he had some lady who was asleep half of the time in my bathroom while he redid the shower. I highly suggest going through literally anyone else. I couldn’t even get anyone to come look at how the horrible job. Griggs came highly suggest

Great family owned business with the best customer service, from the minute you call or walk through the door, to the absolute end of service and beyond. Once the instillation is complete, and you have any questions on how to take care of your new flooring, you can call them anytime.
The flooring installers were very prompt, professional, clean and did an amazing job on my floors.

Griggs did a great job with carpet for our house. They worked with us to supply samples to consider and arrived on time and completed the work in a reasonable time frame!

These guys are amazing!!!!!! From the time Ashley answers the phone until the time they leave my property they are nothing but respectful. I have had several of their crews out on property and am always happy with their work! Keep up the GREAT job!!
