I’ve lived here in Woodbridge for about 4 years and those who have left stellar reviews, to my knowledge, do not live here! Don’t be fooled! It’s been a difficult journey with little to no communication from the beginning. My Sales person was not always forthcoming and would say one thing at one time then say another when signing. My wife and I absolutely love the way we've watched this community being developed over the past couple of years. We worked with Julian and Devin, going over floor plans, specs, and details involved in choosing the unit that was best for us. They were AWESOME as they patiently worked with us and answered all our questions. If you're looking for a villa-style community, this is a great team to work

I got 2 units and one is the Mulan plan .I got the Mulan plan only for the reason that it has a big side yard . And few weeks before closing we were surprised that we didn't see the side yard that was included in the plan . We asked the sales manager and construction manager if something can be done , but with no use due to the fact that there was a base line that is really close to the property d

they build beautiful homes. they are from two bedroom single story to (?) two story dont know how many bedrooms. they are not single units. like 6 plexes. etc.

I would give them zero . I applied at this apt complex back in 2023 and they denied my application do to their typo of my income . After I confronted them about it they told me that I don’t have to pay the application fee because they were in the wrong . Well today I tryed to get an apartment and guess what . They sent me to collection agency and I couldn’t get a home for my self . I went back and

The community is GREAT. We when closed there were “truths left out” by the builder rep.
But then again the builder does not represent the buyer.
