I had a problem with deep water surrounding my sprinkler system control valves. I called four plumbers and Cost Plus Plumbing was the only plumber to come out. He waded through 5 to 6 inches of water to try to fix my problem. He spent a lot of time turning off controls and making sure I had water to my house. His charge was $0. These guys were fantastic! They took the time to educate me on the issue, were extremely patient and courteous and didn’t rush me when I asked lots of questions. I am incredibly happy with the service we received, how inexpensive they are and how knowledgeable they were. I can not recommend these guys enough- trustworthy, prompt, professional and helpful. I usually do not write reviews but I wanted everyone to know what a fantastic company Cost Plus Plumbing is, I had a pipe burst and Stacey called me back immediately and was out the same day and fixed everything and got my water back on. I would highly recommend Cost Plus Plumbing and I am so grateful for his quick response and expertise on how I to properly insulate the outside pipes.
