Had my carpets cleaned this morning, and I’m honestly impressed. The technician was right on time, explained the process before starting, and was super respectful of my space. What really stood out was how carefully he treated my furniture while working around it. The carpets look significantly brighter, and the lingering pet smell is completely gone

I highly recommend Friendswood TX Carpet Cleaning and. They did a great job on my older berber carpet that gets cleaned yearly but really needed a thorough cleaning job this year. Friendswood TX Carpet Cleaning did a better job than any cleaning service I have ever used. Also, they were extremely professional and very courteous. Called this company for carpet cleaning. They told me they had availability the same day which was awesome because that’s what I needed. They gave me a 2 hour window of arrival which never happened. I called the owner to ask if someone would be out and when I should expect them to which he responded he would have their technician call me. Technician called to say he wouldn’t be able to come becaus

This place was recommended to me by my neighbors so I had high hopes. No communication with cleaners and those handling phone calls. Waited till 6pm for a 12pm-2pm scheduled carpet cleaning being assured throughout the day the Tech was on the way. No one ever came….
