We bought our home from Grand Homes, and dealing with their warranty department has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences we’ve ever had. Once they close the sale, it feels like they completely stop caring about the homeowner. Issues get ignored, communication is terrible, and there’s no sense of urgency or accountability.

Grand Homes are beautiful from outside when you drive by and just as pretty inside. The issue is the quality, not there. The warranty, poor at best. More trying to get out of doing things then fixing them. Built quickly and it shows.
I wouldn’t buy another grand home. Disappointed buyer.

The guy that helped me seemed disinterested and not involved. Very basic interaction and seemed not to be willing to go into what homes were available and where they were located or any other info. I was pulling teeth to get the little info I had to request of him and he kept the answers very generic and short. He clearly judged appearance. I’ve looked at a few communities and know the difference
