Brought photos of simple, basic design ideas--nothing elaborate. They could not provide what I wanted. Our rep was nice enough, but could not provide basic design advice. He's no longer with the store we found out when we had issues. Had to have carpet guys out 3 times to get the new carpet installed correctly. They were not punctual and cancelled at last minute too.

James was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us pick out our beautiful flooring that will stand the test of time with our 4 wild dogs! The installation was fast and seamless and the crew were professional and had great workmanship. We highly recommend Granbury Flooring Company and will use them again in our future projects.

We had a great experience with Granbury Flooring. We had several bids from local businesses and their price could not be beat, their customer service was great and the job was done quickly, efficiently, and was exactly what we had hoped for. I will be recommending this company to anyone looking to replace floors. We worked with Chase and he was very helpful and easy to work with.

As a homebuilder I have bought from them for years. My relationship with them is only a business one and by my experience Joe has created an organization of first class people and that have complete honesty and integrity. They are competitively priced and are diligent to serve their customers. Truly a 5 star company.

We worked with James to chose our flooring for our new home. He was patient and helpful during some difficult decisions and second guesses. Our only frustration was they did not have all the various sizes that each of the samples were came in. So basically you had to use your imagination. But all in all a good experience. A fun and courteous staff; and did I mention James was patient 😁

They did the floor in our new house. Unfortunately, we had some issues that were beyond their control. Joe (owner) and Jon (manager) came out to our house and promised to "make it right."
These guys really delivered. They worked with the manufacturer and were amazingly open and helpful during the process. They sent a terrific crew to fix up the manufacturer's defects.

Very nice people. However, in our home while installing new wood floors, the installer didnt get adequate glue coverages so we have LOTS of hollow sounds while walking on the floors. We only found one spot where the wood could actually break. After repeated repair requests and confirmation of "we will get a man out there".... nothing.
