I ordered 1 case of commercial ceiling tiles for my business. Call the Grainger order line to place the order and was told that location had 1 case left. So I proceeded to this location to pick it up. "Prepaid for it" I get to the location they had w males and one female working the counter at there separate desk. I walked in no one greeted me. Can't be BLACK and order here. Soon as my mechanic walked in this store, he got a cold shoulder. We needed to order a Milwaukee compact wrench. Afterwards there was a salty gesture "make sure the person on the card come in to pay" which it's a business card. Then our order became on "back order" and won't receive on time. Stopped in for a hot water hose after being out of luck at multiple ace mart locations and Laurie was more than happy to make sure we got exactly what we needed and even was able to help us with getting it shipped to our out of town location!! We’ll definitely be coming back for anything else we need for our businesses.

I went there with high hopes I saw that they had really good deals online. I then preceded to place an order in person. I Never got my product, never received a call to notify me of my order or it's cancellation. Nothing. This experience has been abysmal.
