Called and got a salesman on the phone that was across the country. Just have an actual person at the store physically answer the phone. This is why independent supply store get all the business. Very poor experience 0 stars

Went in to buy a pair of Kleenguard Nemesis 2.0 safety glasses. Sticker shock..$23/pair. Needed right away, so I had no choice but to buy those. Later found and ordered the same pair for $12/pair! Whenever possible, SHOP ONLINE! That's about all...

This is, by far, the worst grainger office I've ever dealt with. First, they only order 2 of the 20 parts I clearly stated I needed, then, when placing a second follow-up order for the other 18 parts, they order the entirely wrong parts.
You guys need to get your act together.

Love working with Grainger. They always have what I need and usually takes about a day to ship what they don’t have in stock. They’re friendly and their customer service is great!

We all know that Grainger is the best. I have to give grainger store 5 stars. I love how efficient and fast they are. Grainger to me is like a kid in a toy store or candy store. The customer service reps are fast and they know what they are doing.

Everything has been great with Granger so far, except for the hours. My husband has been trying to go there for weeks, but can never get there before they close & since theyre not open on the weekends he is unable to purchase large amounts of tools he needs. The hours do not vibe with the normal hands in the oil field/ gas field. “Granger, for the ones who get it done” apparently not of the weeken
