I had never heard of this company. On my way to work I got a flat tire and happen to be able to pull into the Grainger parking lot. When I went inside I asked if someone could me change my tire. Today I purchased a capacitor from the Grainger Carrollton TX Branch #190 store. This was to replace one that had failed within the manufacturer's warranty period. I inquired as to how to engage the manufacturer to remedy the part failure, which was explained. Dawn was not very helpful and has poor people skills. She also does not know how to use a computer very well and clicked so many buttons and seemed to get frustrated herself. I will not be going back to this Grainger and would rather drive 30 minutes further to another store.
