What a terrific store. Grainger industrial supply does a lot of business with customers much bigger than I but their tools selection, organic herbicide, gloves, they have a little bit of everything. The store is very clean, and there is always someone ready to help you. It was very great stop and I look forward to returning.

Beautiful sales floor with plenty of things to purchase quickly and the staff was very helpful and it got me exactly what I needed to get me up and running. Grainger rocks.

I had the same experience Billy mentioned. Thankfully I checked before they had shipped the items back and the manager made it work. He took the time to reset the order and get me the tools I needed in time. The 3 stars is due to the lack of notification, but the staff at the Bryan store were very helpful.
