I had my entire home's flooring replaced and we had a wonderful experience. It was a seamless 2 day turnover with nothing broken and not one complaint on workmanship. Everybody was extremely professional and pleasant to work with from their showroom to the installation crews. I also had them do my parent's bathroom remodel a few years ago that went equally well. I highly recommend this family run

We will 100% recommend goodwyn flooring. We moved to new home and needed carpet fast installed and they were able to navigate timelines as well we even stand by the product when found an issue: they made it right and Marcie in particular was a vital part of our decision to use them. She is great and customer service oriented. We have plans to put more in later and will be customers again!

I have done business with them for over 20 years and keep coming back to them because they truly are the best! Even if an issue arises, which they sometimes do, they work hard at resolving the issue and making sure it gets done right. Can't reommenf tthem enough. Great job guys, now I need you in Houston.

I had a fantastic experience with Goodwyn Flooring. The whole team was professional, on time, and did beautiful work. They helped me choose the right flooring (and put up with all my questions), installed it with great attention to detail, and kept everything clean throughout the process. This place is the most unwelcome place of business I ever encountered. The lady who grated me at the door very rude and unprofessional she was chewing food while talking to me .
People !!! Take your business somewhere else never come to this business I think she’s so prejudiced

One of the worst decisions of my life was trusting this company two and a half years ago. I went through immense stress—far more than anyone should—for simply trying to replace the builder-grade carpet in my new home with wood flooring. The sales process was smooth, as expected. But the moment we moved to installation, everything fell apart.
