We had a very good experience with Gold Star Carpet in Denison. We found a beautiful high quality carpet that was cheaper than any box stores. The installers worked with our schedule and quickly installed the carpet in our den in just a few hours.

I was lied to as to when my floors would be installed first in two days when we finally was all set up ready to pay I was put off another week and the price went up. I ended up with a different business which installed the very next day $750.00 cheaper. Micheal Beck the Manager will literally take his employee's side customer's don't seem to matter.

Excellent service and pricing. Helped work out details with insurance claim . Responded quickly with whatever we needed. Felt very comfortable about their recommendations. Purchased

Outstanding Customer Service!! We bought our home 3 years ago and they came out to do measurements at that time. We decided to go a cheaper route since we had to cover 90% of the home with hardwood and carpet. Today, I was ready for the premium carpet and padding for our living room. They still had our measurements on file. It was so easy to go in, shop for exactly what I wanted and get it install

Sent my daughter to buy a 20ft roll for the garage. These guys talked her into $400 worth of squares that have to be glued down. I tried to take them back a week later, my daughter lost the invoice but one of the guys spouted off the invoice # from memory. The manager still would not take it back. They took advantage of a young woman. $400 for GLUE DOWN squares when all she needed was $100 roll of

As soon as I came into Carpet One I was greeted with a warm welcome. The staff was always very friendly and professional. They helped me pick out a beautiful carpet within my budget and installed it within days. I would highly recommend them for any flooring needs.
