Terrible customer service. They come up with any and all excuses not to provide the warranty offering. Salesmen and this company are not aligned on what is provided- this is a scam. I had food stain on my kitchen chairs… reported promptly and this was denied. NEVER give a dime on these warranties. This is a terrible company.

Great customer service! Even on short notice such as same day they will do anything they can to get you in. Never had a problem, the floors always looks brand new after they leave and everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Also the pricing is VERY competitive. Win-win!
