Had a great experience today, 2/19/2026. Steve was awesome. We walked in looking for a dining table and found one we loved right away. Everything was quick, and the delivery drivers arrived right after paying for our product and very professional. Very good customer service. Will definitely be back!

I visited this business for the first time yesterday and from the time I walked in until the next day their service was amazing. They go above and beyond for their customers. Mr. Rex and Darius were excellent and worked with my budget to make it possible for me to have the bedroom set that I wanted. Furniture is of the finest materials. Very recommended. Happy customer!

Mom was moving and needed a bedroom set for the move. Found one at Gateway Furniture with the help of Dairus (salesperson). I asked about best price, Vet discount, and Cash payments and was very pleased with the "deal" he came back with. I was grateful they were so very easy to work with. I coordinated for the delivery and they did a professional install and assembly for the products. When we move

Ive dealt with Gateway Furniture many times. These people are the best to work with. They will treat you like family. This last time I used them, they were a life saver for me literally. I don't shop anywhere else when I need a piece of furniture. They are the best.

I have never been more pleased and satisfied with the customer service I experienced at Gateway. My dryer said it's goodbyes so I was only in need of a good used one. I ended up buying both washer and dryer from Danny. He was amazing and knows his job well. The delivery men we also wonderful. 15 minutes to take my old ones out and put the new ones in. I will definitely be shifting my furniture and

Went there with intentions of getting washer & dryer & ended up buying those plus a loveseat & dining room table/chairs.
Darius was a great salesman to deal with & the owner gave us a great deal on the table/chairs.
Very friendly people & very helpful. Not pushy at all.

The owner Rex was a fantastic breath of fresh air that we needed. He made it super easy to purchase a washer and dryer, and got it set to deliver tomorrow. We will be back, and recommend this business to others.
