If you choose this company for your garage repair, ask for Rafael! He was awesome! Came out quick, explained what the problem was and what my options were. He was very transparent about pricing. He was quick to fix the issue and left my garage totally clean and even better looking than when the work started. I'd work with him and highly recommend.

The tech arrived and had a horrible attitude. He threatened to leave when I asked questions and was very aggressive. Quoted me $800 to repair garage spring. The lady Savannah who answers the phone was also rude when I called to report him. I would not recommend this company.

Spent two days trying to get my garage door fixed and always had excuses why it couldn’t get done. Would leave to job and
Not tell anybody he was leaving. Wanted to charge for parts that didn’t even repair the door refused to leave the premises when I asked him to leave. Not sure they are familiar with fixing garage doors. Put in a new track and it didn’t even line up
And blamed it on the customer

Had annual garage door serviced today. I called today, they answered quickly, scheduled me from 2 to 4 and Arthur called at 1:00 pm to ask if he could come early. Wow! Arrived at 1:30. He was professional and knowledgeable. Price seems competitive too. He explained everything that he did. Very thorough. Pleasant. He wore the company shirt too and that's helpful for me. Thank you, Arthur for a job

Rafael came by and took his time to work on both doors and walked me through everything very patiently while explaining everything very clearly. He was very helpful and thorough. His professional expertise was shown while he discussed options with me as well as showing me the end results of how we fixed both doors!
