2nd sofa purchase made in a the last few years. Enjoy the ability to select fabrics and style. Staff was very helpful and I ranged experience. Only recommendation is to have free delivery when spending over a certain amount.

Great customer service with showing us the different kinds of beds.
Very knowledgeable about different ways to use the drawers, colors, designs, and prices.
Very friendly, and loved how she was willing to talked to us both in English and in Spanish without a hitch, very impressed, good job, great asset.

Everyone was very helpful from being greeted by Shawn DeAtley when we came through the door looking for a bed , which we bought from him along with the bed sheets and then he handed us off to Kaci Clark which she helped us buy 2 lift chairs & when walking past the desk where we checked out the 2 other associates asked how we were doing & they could see that I was having a hard time keeping up with

Kaci was very helpful and understanding of what we were looking for. Helped us look around, offered suggestions and all with no pressure. She was great and the price of the item we were looking for was not outrageous either.

I had bought a table and chairs 20 yrs ago from Furniture Row and it still is in great shape however I outgrew it. So I know with this purchase it will last for a long time. Loved the selection and Ms Kaci Clark was very helpful. Great customer service because she didn’t Hoover over me but allowed me time to make my decision.
