Ms.Joelly was super helpful, friendly, funny, and not pushy at all. I was looking to furnish my whole apartment with a table, couch, and beds. She was very attentive and only showed me exactly what i asked for and very knowledgeable with all the products. The sales person was very understanding took her time for a 75 year old handicap male. Finally got one that fit and was in stock. I tried the local Lazy Boy on expressway first but never gave me a price after one hour. Had no prices listed by chair. I would recommend furniture row NO way for McAllen Lazyboy company.

The sales lady was knowledgeable about the furniture piece, but my main concern was the delivery. This furniture store is ill equipped with delivery guys who are not trained to connect electronics, yet there's a hefty delivery charge. They did set it up, but once they do that they say read the instructions for setting up your theater seat. Luckily I'm somewhat tek savvy out of pure luck, but it do
