We had wonderful service by our salesperson, Breanne Vick! We are so happy with our purchase of the Yukon sectional and recliner. Breanne greeted us as we walked in the store and was very knowledgeable about all of their products. She was so kind and took her time showing us many options but we ultimately went with the Yukon. Outstanding management and customer service. The manager, who I personally talked to on multiple occasions, made my experience very positive.

My experience at Furniture Row was great! After shopping all around town, I found that they truly had the best value for the price. Also, every employee I encountered was nice to work with. They were friendly and helpful without being pushy. I did not experience that same respect at other places. This is not my first purchase from them and I’m sure it won’t be my last.

I had such a great experience! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was able to peacefully browse through the store without having the staff follow me like at Ashley Furniture. Which is very annoying! But I loved the selection here at Furniture Row. Very affordable, and Jeremy helped me with my purchase. Such an easy process without feeling pressured. I can’t wait until my couch is delivered!

Sales people there were wonderful.. I knew what I was looking for and they helped me find it.. some was not in stock.. salesperson was able to locate and help me with matching lamps and other decor.. he was not pushy and did not try to sell me other things that I did not need or want!! It was a great experience

I have lived here for some time and somehow had never made it into Furniture Row. I was shocked to see what I had been missing! Incredible selection at even better pricing. Matthew was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the pieces and made my experience smooth and seamless. Furniture row is great for buying furniture, but I also want to emphasize that their system is so efficient.
Calling them and asking to cancel/change an order takes less than 5 minutes tops, and you don’t speak with a call center on the other side of the world. There are no wait times, the people there are quick and will clarify any questions you have, and will NOT leave you on hold for 30 minute
