Our new puppy did some real damage to our couch. Furniture Medic came recommended by the manufacturer, Pottery Barn. The team was in and out in 20-30 minutes and the couch effectively looks like new. The people at Furniture Medic are just fantastic. I looked and looked for brackets for a Japanese screen to wall mount with no success. Upon asking for assistance, the folks were able to find exactly what I needed in short order. I was elated. They notified me and I was able to order the parts/brackets at no cost. Truly amazing!
