If I could give more than five stars I would! Everything about this experience was wonderful! We would much rather do business with a local small establishment than the big box stores, but sometimes you end up going to them anyways… Never again for us concerning appliances! Isabella worked with my husband and I to find the perfect recliner. Came and spoke with her this morning, then came back this afternoon and she remembered details of our conversation from the morning. Made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our purchase. Would definitely recommend.

Don’t let the name fool you! This is THE place to go for top of the line! I ordered new washer online from their local location and less than 24 hours and I’m back up and running while feeling secure I won’t be needing them for a new Speed Queen for another 25 years, but there will be other replacements in the future and I will continue to be a repeat customer!!

FMO of Longview Texas, their customer service is second to none. When a large chain like Ashley furniture refuses to order parts for their furniture, but FMO of Longview will do it, that says a lot about how lousy Ashley furniture is Daryl and his staff at FMO of Longview are courteous, and genuinely interested in their customer needs. Had an amazing experience purchasing a recliner. Very nice staff. The manager Daryl ( sorry if I spelled it wrong) was amazing. He beat the price on the chair that another store had. This store will be my first stop for furniture from now on. I highly recommend them.

Walked in expecting to fix nothing, until Daryl Gafford and Lalo showed up. It's tax time, if you need any furniture/mattress I recommend you stop there. Delivery and the sales team are professional and very helpful. Thanks again to the sales team. Gafford and Lalo are the guys you're looking for.

Great experience, enjoyed working with Isabel, friendly and very knowledgeable. Visited with the owner Brian, friendly, down home, and focused on customer satisfaction. Delivery team was on time and professional, overall great experience.

Mr. Daryl & Rolo met us with warmth and professional courtesy. They quickly helped meet our old backs needs for a suitable mattress designed for an adjustable bed in our Motorcoach. This was the first store we stopped in on the 281 Loop in Longview, TX. Thanks to being fair and honest we did not need to go any further for a lighter, cooler sleeping mattress.
