I called Frost late on Friday afternoon. Ashley scheduled Diego to come see the next day. Other companies wouldn’t let me book a weekend or evening appointment. Diego was very thorough and gave me multiple options for repairs or replacement. I decided on Sunday to replace my system and it was installed on Monday by Johnny, Marlon and Marvin. Everyone on the Frost team was a pleasure to work with.

These guys are great from start to finish. Had a new unit put in after they diagnosed and showed me the leaking coil. I figured I'd pay more to get a new system instead of just an expensive patch. You cannot ask for a better heating and air company than Frost Heating and Air. They are honest, they are fair on price and do not over charge. The team is super friendly, quick and they clean up after themselves. Shawn the owner is absolutely amazing! You can’t ask for a better company! Without a doubt, Frost is a small business worthy of switching immediately from your current service. I had an amazing plumber (Wayne from Legacy) recommend them so passionately I had to call Frost, and after two visits I can wholeheartedly agree.
