I’m impressed with the excellent customer service as soon as I walked in, I was offered something to drink. I can buy floors anywhere but when I’m treated special, I know that this is the only place that I will keep comming back to do business with. They offer the largest selection of LVT and they also have Hardwood Floors, Porcelain Tile and Carpet.

0 stars if possible. These people are a bunch of crooks. They tried to inflate my cost from my estimate by almost double and refused to explain why. They refused to give me anything in writing because they knew I had figured out that the math just didn’t add up. This was after trying to reach them multiple times with no response. Do not shop here unless you like throwing money away or getting chea

Tom and his crew at Freeway Carpets were the very first company I hired when I first moved to El Paso 18 years ago. They did such a good job that I have always returned to them for all my interior flooring needs. This is the third home they have worked on for me and they never disappoint. They are trustworthy, clean, and very professional. Great job!

This is such a great local company. Their store is so welcoming. They offer you a drink and offer to order you lunch. When they come to the house they give great suggestions and options. The final product is perfect and beautiful.

Horrible customer service...I called to set up an appointment to have somebody come to my house and get an estimate on some carpet for an insurance claim..I was told they could come to take measurements but would not be able to give me an estimate...I've called three other different places for an estimate every other company has came to my home measured brought samples of carpeting and were able

They treat us like family, they even offered us water or soda, any kind we like, they are very professional and courteous, we will definitely buying more products from them, and I recomend them to any contractor or person to buy from them.
