Just am at a loss for words. These are honest hard working people that have helped us out when we needed it. I just can't say enough, Shannon and the young man I believe Roberto but my hearing is very bad so I apologize if I'm wrong. They did a install and beat all prices and the installation was as good and clean as anything I've ever seen done on any home service call. THE BEST

Back in April i purchased a new heat pump from Freedom and Shannon and Robert did the installation! They did an excellent job and were very professional. Today I had the a/c ducts replaced by Freedom and Shannon and Elvy were the installers. Again a perfect job. They did not stop until the job was completed. I will only use Freedom for my a/c needs. Thank you Hector, Shannon and Elvy!!

Perfect installation of an all new heating and cooling system. Excellent service, very competitive pricing, and a three year full service maintenance plan was included. I have been a customer for over a decade and big or small they go above and beyond to fix any problem. Highly recommended!!!

I’d give them 10 stars if I could. After nearly a month of shopping around for HVAC companies to replace two full systems in my home, I’m very glad I chose Freedom. Their pricing is fair and transparent, but what truly sets them apart is their responsiveness, superior service, and honesty.

Francisco was very thorough and explained everything. He fixed the problem and all is working well. I made the appointment the night before online and Freedom was out the next morning at 8:00 on the dot!

We needed a new ac unit and Freedom was recommended. We contacted them and Hector came to our house and provided us with our options. Hector was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. We selected the unit and in a couple of weeks Shannon and Robert installed it. These guys worked from early morning until late afternoon until the job was completed! They did an excellent job! I’m only giving a bad review because some irresponsible person for this company was SPEEDING in a SCHOOL ZONE!! How inconsiderate and ignorant to do such a thing when us PARENTS are trying to get our kids to school SAFELY! Do better.
ETA: they were speeding down Danieldale in Cedar Hill so you can’t deny it.

Charge 503 to change capacitor. It took 1hr and 15 minutes to change. If son was not visiting I would call someone else. Tech was nice but over charged.
