Dre was really amazing with fixing my broken oven door! He not only showed professionalism with the maintenance of my oven door, but also respect for my space and great timeliness. I truly enjoy my time here at Florence at the Harbor, it’s a great place to live in Rockwall. Beautiful views and fun monthly events for couples and children and giveaways. I’m so happy with their efficiency and commitm

I have absolutely loved this place, maintenance request are taken care of asap, Dre & John were professional and great. The front office staff is also amazing and very helpful, Michelle has answered all my questions and concerns when I call. This is a great place, calm and quiet everyone is kind and respectful of other tenants.

I would love everyone to know that the management, leasing, maintenance and just overall cleanliness and quality of life living at the Florence is second to none. This is such a great community and the people that are your neighbors are caring and close. I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment community to start here because I promise you will not look any further.

My experience here has been phenomenal. Beautiful place, INCREDIBLE location, great rates, great amenities. And the staff and maintenance team are amazing! John, Dre, Michael, Ana, Michelle… they all feel like family and are kind, helpful, and easy to work with. Happy to call this place home!

Will never recommend this place to anyone. Of the 4 years we lived there, we had 4 different management teams come in and out. Horrible staff. Unfriendly, unaccommodating, and unnecessary fees on things no one uses. Our move out process was the worst experience to date. We paid for an express move out where they clean the apartment so we don’t have to and pay $350. After we moved out, we received

Nice and clean facilities, great apartments, and a wonderful management staff to work with. I'd highly recommend making this place your new home. I've been renting since 2020 and plan to continue doing so.

We love the Florence! Tight knit community. Staff is very friendly! Maintenance crew is also amazing! Cant say enough good things about Dre! He always has a good attitude and is very helpful! Our family loves him!

I am a new resident and along with help from leasing agents a work order was put in for maintenance. Dre and John were here next day and they were very pleasant and completed what I needed done.
