This is what $20,000 get you at Floors To Go. All the boards are bowing and lifting up, only 3 years old. We’ve had problems from the very beginning after install. It’s impossible to get through to anyone there. If you want good quality flooring and customer service go elsewhere. My Mother in Law Debra Robbins purchased these floors 3 years old. Well it’s hard to say everything. I worked with Ivan he’s the greatest I told him what I needed and boom. He came to look measured and he helped me find the perfect color and style. Got me an estimate for it all then we set a date they came on time did a fantastic job and didn’t even take long. All I can say is he is AWESOME. Thank you so much.

Ivan with floors to go and the crew that worked on my floors were great to work with. Ivan made sure to personally call me with updates on order status and set clear expectations from the beginning. We used them for the initial installation, and also for a re-installation when half of our floors were damaged in a water leak.
