This is the second time we have worked with Floors for Living at two different locations. Both times it was a great experience. This most recent visit was to the New Territory in Sugar Land. Sam Bell was our sales person and he was patient and very helpful. There was no pressure just gave me a ton of help picking out a Porcelain tile. The install went very smoothly. My experience was horrible & final job-Im not satisfied! My service start date for my floors was 10/15. I was told the week of install the product was not going to be on time. They finally came to install on 10/29. I constantly advised installer to close my doors that leads into the house & advised of the snakes in the neighborhood. My doors were left forever open! I don't know what they spraye

Our salesperson, Don, was fantastic and patient with us as we worked through the process. We had the carpet and tile throughout our downstairs replaced with the wood-like tile. Our fireplace was also redone with stacked stone and new carpet in our bedroom. Everything was done timely and to perfection. We’re very pleased and highly recommend.

We wanted to like Floors for Living and were excited for our new floors to be installed. However, our patience started to grow thin when Robert would not return phone calls or texts and the guy who came to install the floor would say 9am and not show up until 11am. So happy with my new floors! We had a great experience with Shawn Bates at the New Territory location. He was very knowledgeable and helped us find a good solution within our budget.
