I like surprises, especially good ones. When you start upgrading your new home purchase, doing upgrades is scary. Most places overprice and underdeliver, Floors For Living is a sincere exception. Customer service started off great-our salesman Jason was helpful and responsive... until the job was finished. Once the floors were installed, everything changed.
The installers showed up unannounced a day early, mid-day, when we weren't expecting them. Jason had told us it would take two full
8-hour days to complete the job, but the crew rushed through it in about 6 hours total.

From start to finish FFL in Spring and Steven were great to work with. He found the tile I liked online and had it ordered in a timely manner. Steven had the measurements right on and only had 3 boxes of tile remaining. He stayed in contact throughout the process to assure everything was going smoothly. The installers were fantastic. Jason Tatum was our representative ,He is truly an angel. He came to our home when it was in the process of being fixed from hurricane beryl. He was kind and very informative of the products. We had an excellent experience with Floors for Living. The Golden Apple wood laminate is beautiful as was the installation job. Steve helped us with everything, end to end. He even kindly disassembled our modular office furniture for us. Now, that is the best Customer Service we have experienced in a very long time. We spent 30k on engineered flooring in our new house. Around 2500 SF. The install was great. Had a little problem with a bad cut up against the dishwasher. They came out and replaced a plank and it looks great! We love our new floors and we are happy they actually stand by their work. We were fully expecting them to say it was our fault somehow. Thank You floors for living!
