Sales rep Kevin at this store went out and about with his service, he recommended the best floor for my needs. The install crew came in as scheduled, new floors at my home were done in 5 hours , complete 2nd level 3 bedrooms including closets. Then they cleaned and took all the carpet to trash it. I recommend this branch anytime.

This is definitely the place to go for your flooring needs. Wesley (Pasadena location) did a phenomenal job as our service person. He came in on his day off to make sure we were all measured up and ready to go. He pretty much called us every step of the way. The work was done to our satisfaction and in a timely manner.
