We are extremely satisfied with the "wood" tile that we purchased from Jeri at Floors for Living - Copperfield. From start to finish, the process was seamless and we are thrilled with the results. Ronnie was excellent was patient and never pressured us to make a decision he also stayed late to help us choose the right flooring and explained which one best fits our needs. Ronnie also came out to do the measuring and followed up on installation issues that were promptly resolved. The installers were fast and did an excellent job. Would use floors for living again without hesitation.

5 stars for the company and its management. Very clear communication throughout. I hired them to lay down tiles and engineered hardwood for my 2 story house. They sent out a different team for each type of flooring. The wood crew was great but we unfortunately had issues with the tile crew. Robbie helped us escalate the issue to upper management and they got everything resolved smoothly afterwards
