The 2 gentlemen who came out to install our carpet were SO wonderful! They were polite and hard working, they moved all our furniture and thoroughly vacuumed up the excess carpet fibers, they even went the extra mile and repaired a broken tile for me that was damaged years ago! From the beginning of my experience to the end I was thrilled with Floors Depot! I had vinyl plank flooring installed throught my house all except for the kitchen area. After my dishwasher overflowed, the floorboards had warped so badly that I could not replace my dishwasher until the floors were fixed. Ordinarily, this would not be an issue, except I only knew the floors were Shaw and had no idea what color!
