I can’t say enough good things about Flooring Warehouse in Georgetown. We had our entire house re-floored, which is no small feat. We had a snag when it came to our master bathroom floor. Wonderful experience! Heidi was great to work with, she listened carefully to my wants and helped me pick out the beat option! Nelsvic and crew did an awesome job on the install. I wish every store offered such a great shopping experience!

Had my 11x11 room installed. They were flexible with having my own carpet unlike few other companies I contacted. They brought padding and other materials. I got the appointment real quick than expected. The carpeting was done nicely. I found their team very efficient organized and quick. Payment was done after the job was done. I found them reasonably priced that the others. Highly recommend them

Worst experience. Delivered wrong material 3 times!!! Waisted driving time and money with my contractors showing up. Worst part , they said they would refund my $ back to me and now they don’t want to because their rep doesn’t want to. Amber the sales rep didn’t want to lose any money on her end either , so again they don’t care about their customers just their bottom line. I DO NOT recommend

Terrible customer service. They installed my carpeting in August and I noticed that there was an obvious seam in one of the rooms. I contacted them right away and while they sent someone to look at it they said there was something wrong with the carpet and that the installation was done correctly. I would have to wait for them to file a claim with the manufacturer. Well it’s been two months since
