After the foundation of my house was leveled the cracks in the ceramic tile needed to be covered. I knew very little about what was possible, what the process was like and how to get the best result. Alix and Leah in the south Austin store walked me through the different options and products and showed me dozens of samples in their inventory. I borrowed several to see how they looked in my house.

Leah and Alix are my go to ladies for all things flooring - hardwood, carpet, vinyl.
We do a lot of restoration / insurance work and have to come up with matches on flooring products and these two have plenty of flooring options to and help me find the right color in a heartbeat every time. Contractor discount also helps us stay competitive with our flooring installs.
They have multiple locations

Our home is 2 years old and the flooring that was installed by the builder was already starting to crack and warp. We looked at the big box stores for flooring and then discovered Flooring Warehouse here in South Austin. I read the reviews, went into the store and Leah greeted me first thing. She showed me all of the options, answered all of my questions and then made a visit to do the measuring.

We were moving into a new construction but wanted to replace the carpet on the stairs and upstairs hall with the same Shaw vinyl plank as downstairs right after close. We saw Flooring Warehouse had the same vinyl so we decided to try them over the builder’s flooring company. Better quote than all the others as well. We knew exactly what we wanted, walked in, had an in-home consultation, scheduled

Alix at Flooring Warehouse provided a pleasant experience from start to finish. This was our first time approaching a flooring project, but Alix put us at ease and tirelessly helped us find the right style, color and pattern for our upstairs. The pricing was better than other quotes we received and the results were high quality. I highly recommend Flooring Warehouse and will be commissioning them

We worked with Leah in selecting carpeting for our entire upstairs and stairs recently, and had such a positive experience. She provided her knowledge and expertise with the different carpeting choices which was much appreciated. We didn't have to wait very long for the carpet to come in, and the installation was set up right away. There were some issues regarding the installation on the stairs
