Highly recommend. Worked with Matt Graybill to replace and upgrade carpet. He was very knowledgeable, gave a great price and was very transparent and didn't try to upsell unnecessary upgrades. Bid was detailed and well documented. Installation was quick and professional. Overall very pleased with the end result.

TL;DR poor quality flooring; selling end of life flooring without disclosure; horrible installers; poor customer service; overall bad experience.
Would avoid like the plague. Replaced the floors in the whole house and went with their installers. Floor was initially installed with lippage and unlevel upstairs; stair noses were also crooked and were squeaking and coming apart 2 weeks after install.
