My husband and I recently purchased a home and we contacted Sean Rollins to assist us with installing blinds. He was so professional and friendly from the first phone call. BE AWARE! This facility is great for builders to use and get products quickly. HOWEVER, the products SUCK. I had my home built 4 years ago. Every up lights corroded out (all 5). Bathroom faucets have broken in areas. Kitchen counters currently have 4 large chips in them and I paid TOP dollar for Quartz. Flooring was high end and there are areas where the wood is coming up. Terrible customer service. This company deserves 0 star. Florentino M. shows up to our house wanting to inspect the same day. Then, he wants to know where the issue is and wants to talk to my husband. Very sexist. He left to make a phone call and when I, the wife, opened the door, he had an attitude. Very unorganized. Right hand doesn’t know what the left does. Lot is an absolute cluster, cars everywhere. 2 stars because the bathroom and break room are the nicest thing about delivering here.

This company installed the carpet in my home for the original builder, CB Jeni. The installation was awful. Under the one-year warranty, they sent their installer, Carpenter, who came but did nothing to fix the problem. Two years later, the carpet completely ripped apart. I contacted CB Jeni, and they told me to reach out to this company, but that I would have to pay out of pocket which I agreed .
