I've used them twice now and both times the crew have come out extremely professional provided tips on maintaining the floors and they were fast! The owner has a very dry personality but if you go in knowing what you want and direct he knows you mean business and will tell you straight. You can negotiate but make note of the pricing as he may change it if you don't have it noted. So far I have

I has a new house built and the contracted installation company did a poor job. I contacted paul from Flooring Services. Paul came and looked at my floor right away. Flooring Services stood behind the installation 100%.. Paul was amazing and I would highly recommend this company for taking care of my needs immediately with a smile and a hand shake.

My home flooded so I was shopping for a good deal on flooring. I went to about 10 different places. I stopped in here because it is an "outlet" so I thought I'd get a good price. I needed about 400 sq ft of laminate and 600 of carpet. Price here was 33% more for comparable quality. Went with another company.

This place has always been great to us. They have always offered great prices great customer service and definitely help you make a decision on what you need not just trying to sell you something. Very unprofessional and rude customer service...I called to get some info about carpet, the guy (unsure if he is the owner or employee) was unprofessional and very rude. Not going to hire him, going with different company.
