We have purchased from flooring liquidators several times. Each time we have been provided the best service. You are met at the door with a smiling salesperson seeking to help you, as compared to waiting for 30-45 minutes at a local big box store. Have a builder/contractor/or repairman give you the measurements needed prior to going to the store. There are many options available to choose from a

FLOORING LIQUIDATORS TERRIBLY BAD POLICY for UNUSED PORTIONS of FLOORING PRODUCT.
Even the big box stores will let you return unused product as long as you have a receipt!!!

OMG! This place is fantastic! Flooring of every kind and great sales on all of it. So many samples of luxury vinyl plank, hardwoods, tile, carpet and on and on! The associates are extremely personable and put you at ease immediately. Devin and Carson helped us by sorting through the specs of luxury vinyl plank, laminate and as well as carpet samples. I went into this store looking for some nice flooring at a reasonable price and they exceeded my expectations. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I left a happy customer. They really take the time to show different inventory and explain the pros and cons. I would recommend this place any day!

Extremely unprofessional and rude sales staff. Also, they tried to take advantage of my elderly father by giving him a price well over what they quoted me for the same job.
