I had a great experience from start to finish with flooring direct. I was ready to make a change and go towards more carpeted surfaces in my house and give my feet a break. Jessica brought beautiful samples and helped me decide on the perfect color for my remodel. The installation was fast but well done and I appreciated them moving the furniture and putting it back as well!

When I tell you Im in love with my new upgraded flooring, BELIEVE me!!! I had new flooring installed for my Primary Suite/Closet, Downstairs Bedroom/closet, Stairs, and Game room area and they did an AMAZING job! The salesman that came out was not pushy at all. He simply gave us the information we wanted and helped us pick out the flooring that we needed. We did not purchase at that point and that was fine with him. He just said call when you need us. The installer, Javier, was so polite and nice. The process was professional and quick! We only shopped this one vendor who came recommended by a General Contractor I know. It was easy, quick and we LOVE the carpet. The crew was done in 4 hours with our 3 bedrooms.

We love our new floors! The entire experience with Flooring Direct went extremely smooth. Our salesperson was Brian Ninedorf. Brian was very knowledgeable and personable.
