**Disappointed with My Experience**
I was excited to visit Flooring Concepts this morning to treat myself to new floors for my birthday. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to an interaction in the parking lot.
The shopping center was busy, but I found a family leaving and waited patiently for their spot with my blinker on, clearly indicating I was waiting. A truck then pulled in,

I drove across the metroplex to this store because they had the samples I wanted to see. It's 3:40 on Thursday and the door is locked. Furthermore no one answers the phone and voicemail has not been set up. Notice the "open" sign is not on in photo, yet store hours posted 9-5. I'm thinking they are out of business.

I do not recommend Flooring Concepts .Israel completed some remodeling for us 15 months ago and the work was done shoddy and the workmen were unprofessional . Some workers quit in the middle . Others didn’t show up or workers were not professionals . My floors that were installed are coming up . He used latex paint on the woodwork and it is chipping and peeling . I had to call a plumber at Christ

January of 2020 I contracted with Flooring Concepts to remove old tile and carpeting and replace with new tile and wood flooring through the home. When the job was finished I discovered that The Wood Planks were MARRED with Blemishes caused by the glue having been left to long and etched into the surface. The owner sent his crew (three times) to scrub the floors with glue remover and Mr. Clean s

DO Not Use this company.....This company DOES NOT stand behind there product, or there people who does there installation. All we get is excuses, and no call backs. We have been ignored. Israel, who is suppose to be the owner is unreliable. Work done is not up to standards.

I was referred to Israel at Flooring Concepts and am very happy with the results. The installers were professional, hard working and very polite. My house now has a new fresh look and it didn’t break the bank😜😜😜
